**Position Summary**

We are seeking a highly **Creative Senior Designer **to join our team, with a focus on developing captivating ad images and innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our brand identity and communicating our message effectively through visual content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and design creative ad images that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Generate innovative ideas for ad campaigns that stand out in a crowded marketplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- More than 5 years of experience as a designer creating very creative and advanced designs.
- Experience working with creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and originality in design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
