We are looking for a marketing and creativity expert to join our growing marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most successful companies in Uruguay - and one of the most fun ones too The position entails the following responsibilities: Designing and developing CodigoDelSur's marketing strategy. Collaborating with the Business Development and HR teams to generate new initiatives and improve existing ones. Managing CodigoDelSur's social networking presence, as well as generating content both for internal and external purposes. Organizing events and conferences that are relevant to our general strategic guidelines. Strengthening our brand's identity and positioning. Developing creative strategies in line with our marketing plan.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in the field of Marketing and/or Communications.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions at Advertising/Marketing agencies or Marketing departments.
- Nice to have: previous experience at a software factory or interest in the IT industry.
- Advanced knowledge in graphic design and video editing.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
- Creativity and proactivity to try new ideas and tools - it's your time to shine
