**Main Purpose:**:We require an accomplished business analyst with in-depth experience of accounting and reporting processes as well as hands on experience in IT/business transformation projects. A techno-functional profile to support the accounting strategic programme delivering change management, program management and technical inputs.
**Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:**:_Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/related field, or Computer Science/related field.
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between the business and technical developers.
- 5+ years’ experience across back office functions (Accounting, treasury, invoicing, etc).
- Similar experience experience as a key contributor to large-scale ERP implementation projects spanning multiple regions, languages, departments.
- Ability to dive into details as well as keep an eye on the big picture.
- Fast learner and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Technical skills valued:
Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud or Oracle EBS.

Oracle Business Intelligence reporting suite.

SQL.

Essbase/Hyperion reporting.
- Excellent english skills mandatory.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Determine, articulate and align project requirements from Accounting department to IT dept.
- Program management support:
Own and execute communication strategy and plan within Accounting dept.

Maintain RAID logs and action items for Accounting Change team.

Maintain Change initiatives plan and track and report progress against plan.

Lead various change management activities.

Solution design.

UAT preparation and execution.

End user guidance, training and readiness.

Data migration and cutover planning.

Process documentation.
- Contribute to design, implementation and delivery of comprehensive Reporting Strategy.

**Key Relationships and Department Overview:**:Accounting Change is a global team under the Accounting and Control function and holds the mandate to manage the programs of strategic systems change which impacts accounting globally. It assesses, validates and initiatives system and process development which realizes the accounting strategic objectives by working closely with IT and cross functions. It also oversees translation of policies and framework processes to group system functionality requirements consistently across the global accounting teams.
