Reports to: Finance and Accounting global Manager

**I. OBJECTIVES**

Accounting analysts work closely with the accounting department and other financial professionals within an organization to help evaluate an organization's income and spending. This role often requires working collaboratively with others in the organization to provide detailed reports that include projections for profits and losses. Account analysts provide reports necessary for higher-level decision makers.

**II. RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform accounting, financial, budgetary and control activities.
- Analysing accounts for the purpose of reporting to management on the status of the accounts.
- Maintenance and analysis of current and archived financial records.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Analysis and debugging of accounting balances and accounts.
- Provide solutions to accounting issues as they arise.
- Investigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularities.

**III. SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE**
- Provable experience as a accounting analyst or in a similar position.
- Knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Advanced English level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and ability to work independently.
- Graduates or advanced students of the Accountant, Finance, Business Administration or related careers.

**IV. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK**

This is a Full Time position, Monday through Friday.
