We are looking for our** Treasury Manager** to join our multinational team.

The main objective is to lead our local treasury team, analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate maintenance of bank accounts and identifying international market trends.

**What you will be doing**:

- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, cashflows etc) taking into account the company’s goals and financial standing.
Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, balances, bank/Treasury systems, and bank cost information
- Monitoring treasury policy that adequately controls treasury activities and supports the smooth running of the daily operations
- Provide accurate information on the company's currency exposure in order to take appropriate action.
- Develop inventive financial strategies to boost to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
- Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
- Identify market trends, advise company and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
- Take the lead in exploring and building banking relationships that
can support the growth of the Company

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Treasury Manager or leading teams.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate
finance and information analysis
- Highly analytical and rigorous
- Self-starter and team player, who can work well in a fast-paced
environment
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Experience with cash management and risk assessment
- Good knowledge of accounting software
- Located in Uruguay or Argentina
- Fluent english
