**About Us**:
Headquartered in Austin, MoreHands Maid Service has been cleaning homes for 23 years and has more than 100 employees in its Austin branch and 350 plus across Texas.

More importantly, we are in the middle of innovating our housekeeping services to be more invaluable to our clients than ever by also taking care of our clients’ laundry when we clean their homes. Their homes are clean, and their laundry is washed, folded, and put away perfectly in everyone’s respective room. All accomplished by our full-time professional staff and by the push of a few buttons on our custom mobile app.

**About The Role**:
MoreHands Maid Service is seeking a **Senior Salesforce Developer** to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce-based CRM systems, integral to our business operations and service delivery.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on API integrations and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and improve the performance and stability of Salesforce systems, troubleshooting as necessary.

**Who You Will Work With**:
You will report to the Director of Technology and work closely with a team of developers, project managers, and business analysts. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to developing team capabilities.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on API integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and using GitHub.
- Experience in Lightning Web Component development.
- Salesforce certification(s), such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II. Any additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- A proactive individual who stays updated with the latest Salesforce release notes and suggests the adoption of new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

**What We Offer**:

- A competitive salary range: $40,000 - $55,000 USD per annum, with the potential for significant bonuses.

Pay: $U40,000.00 - $U55,000.00 per year
