**About this Role**
**At Directa24 You Will**
- Lead a Quality strategy that will ensure a high quality product.
- Define KPIs, measure the performance and set goals for improvement
- Proactively analyze and understand any software features being modified and design a test plan
- Perform impact analysis
- Write and maintain test cases
- Create, use and maintain regression test suites/plans
- Create test scenarios
- Execute test cases
- Improve the QA processes across the development lifecycle.
**What We Look For**
- 2+ years of experience working in manual testing
- Proven experience analyzing requirements
- Proven experience planning, writing and executing test cases
- Experience in system, integration, regression and exploratory testing.
- Experience working with frontend and API REST testing
- Experience with Postman, Jira, Slack, GitHub, black box test
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
