We are seeking a QA Analyst to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

We are expanding our Quality function and seeking a QA Analyst with strong expertise in manual testing, data validation, and backend validation workflows. This role will focus on understanding application behavior, executing manual and exploratory testing for each release, and contributing to our existing automation suite by adding and maintaining test cases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable validating data correctness, and proficient in SQL and Python.

This position is open to candidates located in Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile, and operates 100% remotely, with the option to work on-site in Montevideo or Bogotá.

• Understand application functionality and end-to-end workflows to proactively identify issues and potential failure points.

• Conduct manual, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple releases to ensure product stability and quality.

• Analyze data correctness and validate backend behavior using SQL and structured test scenarios.

• Create, maintain, and expand unit tests and integration tests within the existing automation framework (Python-based).

• Document test plans, test cases, and detailed test results to support engineering and product teams.

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to troubleshoot defects, clarify requirements, and improve overall testing strategy.

• Provide feedback on UX flows and user behavior where relevant.

• Validate data pipelines and support data quality verification when needed.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to test coverage, processes, and tooling.

• 3+ years of experience in QA roles, including manual testing and regression/exploratory testing.

• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals: regression testing, exploratory testing, data validation, and defect lifecycle.

• Intermediate SQL skills for data validation and backend verification.

• Practical experience writing or maintaining unit and integration tests.

• Solid understanding of Python for test case implementation; React knowledge is a plus.

• Basic experience with frontend debugging tools.

• Ability to analyze data correctness and identify inconsistencies or anomalies.

• Familiarity with QA documentation practices, including test case creation and reporting.

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers, product managers, and data teams.

Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required for daily communication and documentation.
