**What you’ll be doing**
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts for branding campaigns, marketing materials, and other brand-related projects.
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including logos, typography, color palettes, and other brand elements that are consistent with our brand identity and guidelines.
- Create design mockups, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices, and share that knowledge with the creative team.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Ensure that all designs are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure that all brand materials are consistent with our brand identity and guidelines.

**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in branding, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates experience with branding campaigns, marketing materials, and other brand-related projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience designing for digital platforms preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with brand guidelines and standards, and the ability to ensure that all designs are in compliance with those guidelines.
