**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Designing cutting-edge UI/UX for our web platform, focusing on seamless integration of online-to-offline retail experiences that delight and engage.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to ensure design decisions contribute to our mission of transforming retail and delighting members.
- Collaborating with engineers and product teams to bring designs to fruition, maintaining high standards of excellence and innovation.
- Interacting with senior leadership (in English) to discover business needs and present your ideas.
- Teaming with the business development and marketing teams to assist in campaign development.
- Keeping abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.

**What You Should Have**:

- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in digital product design.
- Proven experience in branding and creating cohesive brand experiences across digital platforms.
- A burning desire to design experiences that will one day facilitate millions of O2O commerce journeys each year.
- Strong English skills (B2 - C1).
- A portfolio showcasing expertise in digital product design, with a focus on web experiences that engage and delight users.
- Proficiency in modern design tools and prototyping software (Figma), with a knack for bringing novel concepts to life.
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, embodying The Parrade Way in all aspects of work.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Frontend development experience with React and Typescript.
- Website design experience (WebFlow preferably).
- Experience designing advertisements, posters, or other commercial collateral.
- A strong understanding of graphic design principles.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
