We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of the end-to-end design process, well-developed design craft, and strong problem-solving skills. Previous experience with design software and wireframe tools is required. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base, turning our software into easy-to-use products for our clients and users.

We originally started as a two-man team after working at Oracle and Amazon as software engineers. Today, we're a thriving collective of 20+ professionals. Our primary focus is the design and development of cloud-connected web and mobile products, and we collaborate closely with our clients and partners.

Our approach is flexible and closely aligned with the goals of the customer. Our clients and partners have direct access to our leadership team, plus a designated Technical Manager who is responsible for making sure we thoroughly understand client expectations and deliver against them.

We’re a global team that’s tightly knit and passionate about learning and creating innovative digital products for our clients. Our purpose and values drive our company, and we make sure our clients feel they're working with their own in-house team.

What are the general responsibilities of the position?
- Understand the product design process and define the type of research that’s needed according to what the product needs.
- Capable to understand, solve problems and represent solutions via user flows, experience maps, and wireframes
- Can produce interfaces that are visually up to standards.
- Ensures that what was built is usable by others.
- Gets involved in major projects that require significant adjustments or extensions of the existing styles, for both comprehensive flows or individual screens.
- Follows a strong rationale when choosing a layout, typography and colors.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Updated portfolio with Web / Mobile projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of wireframing tools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software.
- Great time management and ability to work autonomously when needed.
- Great communication and collaboration skills —You are expected to collaborate with stakeholders as well as business and technical peers.
- Good English skills
