**THE ELECTRIC FACTORY** is looking for a **SENIOR** **UI/UX DESIGNER**

Are you in?

**We are looking for**:
A passionate UI/UX designer who can create attractive interfaces to comply with the established aesthetic standards. You must be able to provide innovative graphic solutions focused on the user experience, with attention to detail and care for the overall image and aesthetics.

**You must be able to**:

- Present your designs, justifying your decision making in the developed creative paths
- Check that the developed materials comply with the specifications provided by the client
- Check that the developed materials respond to the The Electric Factory quality standard
- Work together with the Development Team (Front-end, Back-end) and Product Team
- Work collaboratively with one or more scrum or kanban teams and iterate the UX design in an agile model

**Required skills**:

- Passionate about design, detail-oriented, willingness to interact and generate synergy with other team members. Someone that enjoys working both as part of a team and independently
- Experience in every stage of the design process: from the conceptualization of styles to the completion of designs and their implementation in different media and formats
- Have hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, micro-interactions, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Marvel, InVision.
- Understand basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and UX practices.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Time management, critical thinking, and comprehension skills
- Effective collaborator who can actively listen and incorporate others’ feedback and ideas
