Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Ingeniero en Computación o profesionales afines, con sólida experiência en Gestión de Servicios Tecnológicos.
El principal desafío de esta posición, consiste en coordinar y dirigir las actividades de Service Delivery, administrando los recursos necesarios para cumplir los proyectos del sector, garantizar la calidad de los servicios y lograr la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.
**La persona seleccionada, será responsable de**:
- Liderar al equipo de Service Delivery, coordinando tareas y estableciendo prioridades en base a los estándares del servicio.
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de vida de los servicios, desde su implementación hasta su entrega.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nível de servicio (SLA) e indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI).
- Contribuir en la definición, evaluación y mejora constante de los procesos del sector.
- Detectar y gestionar posibles riesgos asociados con la prestación del servicio, adoptando medidas preventivas y correctivas para garantizar los níveles de calidad y satisfacción de nuestros clientes.
Se trata de una posición de dedicación completa, de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00 hs. en formato semi-presencial.
