Misión del puesto

As a hyper growth startup, the Web team plays a leading role in helping people around the world discover Rappi, through high-tempo experimentation, rigorous performance measurement, and product-led growth initiatives.

Roles y responsabilidades

Key Requirements- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Lead-
- Demonstrated success and understanding of product-led growth strategies- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority- Fluency in English

**Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for web platform outcomes across key areas of the business; primarily the restaurant and checkout web experience- Own and execute the product strategy and product backlog, managing a team of web engineers, designers and researchers.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to set and manage the OKRs for each Cycle aiming to reach the company goals- Lead the product discoveries to understand the problems and needs from users and stakeholders- Coordinate closely with other business units including Growth and Core teams
