TEAM DESCRIPTION

Sabre Travel Solutions is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team of Fulfillment Product Managers. This role will be responsible for the product vision, investment, planning, and execution throughout its life cycle, including increasing the profitability of existing products and developing new ones, and ensuring the delivery of the best solutions and meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals. You are proficient in the product, understand its structure and architecture, its capabilities. You capture market needs, customer input, usage, data and translate those into user stories that meet customer and market requirements and support the company’s strategy and technical innovation goals. You possess a unique blend of business and technical skills, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive product vision & strategy, business requirements documentation and analysis
- Ensure alignment to technology strategy throughout product life cycle
- Manage the product profit & loss (P&L)
- Manage product area’s investment decisions, scope, roadmap, priorities
- Understand/monitor product's competitive and market landscape
- Conduct/attend visits, customer touch-bases, focus groups, conferences
- Support sales engineering and commercial/delivery/care teams
- Write scrum team stories, acceptance criteria
- Create, refine, prioritize scrum team's backlog and accept work
- Attend scrum ceremonies and provide guidance to scrum teams
- Prioritize customer JIRAs, with help of care team
- Conduct demos (internal or external, as needed)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have Skills:

- 2+ years of experience working with Travel Technology for Agency and Airline customers
- 2+ years of experience in market-facing roles (e.g., engaging with customers and prospects)
- Knowledge of Fulfillment (Ticket and EMD) functionality for Airline IT and Distribution sides of the business
- Business and technology-oriented, with a strong product and functional background
- Visionary, have initiative and collaborative approach, lead with influence
- Customer and user-focused, with a sense of the market
- Able to well define a product’s feature set
- Experienced in product lifecycle management and Agile software development
- Ability to successfully navigate in a multi-stakeholder environment where there are often competing priorities, goals and challenges across our diverse set of internal and external customers and partners
- Excellent self-organization skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize several projects in parallel
- Must have excellent written and verbal English communications skills, and be a strong public speaker comfortable presenting or demonstrating technology in front of large groups at all levels of an organization

Nice to Have Skills:

- Master storyteller and story mapper
- Knowledge of Postman and JSON/XML/web services
- Knowledge of Native Sabre (greenscreen) PNR and Ticketing entries
- Tech-savvy, ability to engage with Engineering colleagues to drive technical solutions
