The Senior Product Management for Sabre APIs in Sabre?€s Travel Solutions organization will execute the company?€s global API strategy in alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.
As a Product Manager you will:
- Provide direction to and ensure development meets market requirements
- Manage product release schedule and prioritizes opportunities
- Manage the annual investment plan (including capitalized investment, maintenance, etc.).
You will be a pragmatic visionary that can translate business needs into technology solutions that scale both technically and operationally. You are responsible for bringing quality and enabling technical innovation. You will handle evolving / complex demands, including multiple projects with dependencies on other internal organizations. You will draw on customer feedback, usage and operational data, and your experience guiding technology businesses to set and deliver on extensive goals for adoption, operational performance, feature delivery, and revenue.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years related experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Web Services / API technology (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of API testing tools (eg. Postman).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of Sabre system logic (formats, methods/functions to interact with the Sabre system).
- Thorough understanding of airline processes; GDS industry/travel agency knowledge a plus.
Highly articulate with ability to connect with a wide variety of audiences at all levels within and outside of Sabre.
An innovative thinker who has the ability to approach situations from a different yet logical perspective.
