**Your role at Exness**:
The Compliance Team is an essential component of Exness's second line of defence risk framework. We advise and challenge the Business Teams with respect to compliance with regulatory requirements and Exness policies, and we monitor and test Exness Teams adherence to those requirements and policies to provide assurance to senior management and shareholders.

This role will be located in Uruguay to work closely with our local team but also with Compliance teams in the Exness Group and other departments in Exness to support the compliance of the regional operations.

**You will**:

- Review, approve and advise on marketing and other types of communications within the Marketing Compliance Framework, ensuring all content is clear, compliant and customer-centric. This includes the activities of digital affiliates, introducing brokers and partners;
- Perform ongoing continuous improvements to strengthen the compliance environment in relation to marketing and advertising activities;
- Work closely with the relevant Departments, to maintain and enhance the standards for marketing compliance;
- Develop and maintain guidelines, training materials and similar in relation to marketing and advertising;
- Draft and revise policies and procedures and prepare reports;
- Audit existing processes, identify weaknesses and suggest corrective actions;
- Review regulatory requirements, assess impact on operations and update monitoring program;
- Maintain up to date compliance records;
- Keep abreast of internal procedures and global CFDs and RegTech regulatory developments;
- Address employees questions and advice on related matters;
- Monitor communications with customers and review marketing material;
- Assist with handling of client complaints and queries;
- Monitor local operations in order to ensure compliance with global and internal standards;
- Perform any other assigned compliance-related tasks, including admin duties;
- Holder of a University degree;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant compliance experience within the CFDs/Forex industry or a similar industry;
- Fluent in English and Spanish languages (verbal & written), any additional language will be considered a plus;
- Relevant professional certification is a plus;
- Excellent communication (verbal and non verbal), business acumen, organisational, presentation and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Able to work on own initiative, independently, prioritise workload and pay attention to details;
