**What's the opportunity?**

**What will I be doing?**:

- Manage strategic company-wide projects that will have a long-lasting impact.
- Conduct cross-functional working sessions to generate insights, create alignment, and drive the next steps.
- Create detailed plans for each project to outline execution strategy including objectives, KPIs, deadlines, risk assessment, and quality and performance standards.
- Work closely with the Product team to clearly define the project requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate project performance, report project outcomes, and escalate risks and issues as necessary.
- Deliver projects on time and within the intended scope and quality.
- Build relationships with the relevant stakeholders to provide regular project updates and ensure their satisfaction.

**What skills do I need?**:

- 5+ years experience in Software Project Management.
- Proven success working with all levels of management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization.
- Strong attention to deadlines and details.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience conducting workshops.
- Passion for managing teams and driving results.
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills to calculate and track KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Master or Postgraduate in Project Management.
- Experience in the Payments Industry, Fintechs, Digital Banks.
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
