**Description
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, etc.) ensuring active, full-team engagement.
- Assist the Product Owner with maintaining the product backlog in a way that ensures the needed work is well understood so the team can continually make forward progress.
- Help the team to create clear and concise backlog items with well-defined criteria for completion and acceptance.
- Remove impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint and project goals.
- Promote quality practices and assist the teams in constantly improving the quality of their deliverables and meeting the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
- Help the Scrum team to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
- Report on project progress and team performance to management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate a collaborative and communicative culture between organizational units (development teams, QA, design, product management, etc.)
**Requirements
- Project Management Experience: Knowledge and experience in project management, including planning, estimation, tracking, and project control.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly with the team, stakeholders, and other members of the development team.
- Leadership and Facilitation: Ability to lead the team, facilitate effective meetings, and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Adaptability: Must be able to adapt to changes quickly and make effective decisions in complex and dynamic environments.
- Technical Knowledge: While not always required to have deep technical knowledge, having a basic understanding of the technology used in the project can be beneficial.
- Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks and activities according to project needs.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems proactively and efficiently.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and foster a positive and productive work environment.
