**About the Role**
- The Producers at Jam City are responsible for helping and leading the game team to ensure delivery in a consistent manner. They master Agile and Project Management best practices and are versed at implementing them.
- They will interact with a cross-functional team of Designers, Artists, Engineers, Quality Analysts and Product Managers; driving the production lifecycle of a casual, mobile, free-to-play game. Under these circumstances they will set up a production plan that ensures internal and external game development teams effectively hit project goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the completion of project goals and facilitate communications, organization, process, and accountability across all departments.
- Must not be afraid to be hands on while fostering a positive & creative environment.
- Lead development and communications of day-to-day tasks and scheduling.
- Overcome problems or issues to achieve goals even at hard times. Be able to manage team stress and pressure and redirect to a positive outcome and working environment.
- Be able to handle difficult conversations.
- Identify and communicate roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals and contribute with potential solutions and alternatives.
- Motivate and support the team to ensure project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
- Help make informed decisions in conjunction with team leads on work methods, development pipeline, priorities, and available resources.
- Provide progress updates to senior leadership.
- Constantly strive to improve processes, teams, and the final game product even in the face of adversity and challenges.
- Organize, support, and optimize the team; knocking down obstacles before the team hits them.
- Challenge the status quo and offer solutions for improvements.
- Set the tone for the team to ensure high productivity and morale: engagement, enthusiasm, professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Build trust with relevant teams and stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a scrum master / project management role, ideally within the games industry, orchestrating work for internal and external game teams.
- Agile Product management knowledge (User Story Mapping, Slicing, User Story) or Product Owner certification is a plus.
- Intermediate to Advanced English Level
- Experience using Jira (Kanban, Scrum)/ Confluence (user and settings, automation rules, workflow, templates), Meets, Zoom, Ms Office, Miró, Lucid, Mural, Tableau or similar
- Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills.
- Negotiation skills are a plus.
- Team Facilitation techniques is a plus
- Able to flex your style depending on the circumstance.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback.
- Sense of humor and optimistic approach.
- Able to multitask like a pro.
