Actualmente contamos con oficinas en **7** países y operamos en más de 10 **y seguimos expandiéndonos**

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un **Scrum Master** para unirse a un equipo en constante crecimiento.

**Responsabilidades**
- Liderar y facilitar reuniones de Scrum y eventos relacionados.
- Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para garantizar la implementación exitosa de metodologías ágiles.
- Ayudar a eliminar obstáculos y promover un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.
- Fomentar la comunicación efectiva entre los miembros del equipo y las partes interesadas.
- Contribuir a la mejora continua del proceso de desarrollo mediante la retroalimentación y la adaptación constante.
- Supervisar y rastrear las métricas de rendimiento del equipo y hacer ajustes según sea necesario.

**Requisitos**
- Experiência previa como Scrum Master en entornos ágiles.
- Conocimiento sólido de la metodología Scrum y otras prácticas ágiles.
- Habilidad para liderar y motivar equipos de desarrollo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de conflictos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Certificación ScrumMaster.
- Conocimientos de Scrum, Kanban y Scrumban.
- Experiência en el sector bancario o financiero (Deseable).
- Disponibilidad para radicarse en Uruguay (Excluyente).
