Roles and Responsibilities
To facilitate story grooming sessions that aids creation and modification of software codeTo lead 2 scrum teams consisting of Subject Matter Expert (SME), Technical lead, Senior Developer, Contributor (developer), Test Engineers and Dev Ops engineerTo be the single point of contact for the customer with respect to assignments and their outcomesTo highlight and report to management (customer or internal as appropriate) any risks & issues related to the project. Also, plan and take mitigations steps where necessaryGroom and coach scrum team members in agile processes for day-to-day developmentConduct retrospectivesReporting based on customer and stakeholder needsSkill Requirements

Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar.At least 7 years of experience working and executing projects in Agile methodology Stakeholder management (internal and external influencers) Good understanding of Agile metrices Good English written and verbal skillsGood to have :
Certification in Scaled Agile frameworkFamiliar with C++ Technology stackUnderstanding of Cloud (AWS, GCP preferred)Domain knowledge of Travel and Technology
