**Chief Financial Officer**

**RedMas Tirkel Uruguay** | **Full Time**

**I. OBJECTIVES**
- Driving the company's financial planning
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Assist with high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
- Supervise financial reporting and budgeting team.
- Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs.
- Work well with Chief Marketing Officer, CEO, and COO to develop the strategic plan.

**II. RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policie
- Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.

**III. PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
Financial: Maintains budget of the company and accomplish EBITDA goals; Operations. Monthly summary and detailed report with ROI and KPIs, including all the business unit´s. Team: Annual structure, annual turnover, KPIs.

**VII. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Skills***
- Teamwork, Leadership and Supervisory Responsibility.
- The capacity to attract, persuade, motivate and develop multidisciplinary management through a connected environment and “future of media and marketing”.
- Communication Proficiency and Languages:

- English/Spanish bilingual. Portuguese is a plus.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- P&L management experience required
