**Business Goal**:
Responsibility for contracting the related logistic services needed for the sales, supporting the coordination of the shipping with the Sales Manager and the Key Account Manager and the compilation and order of the foreign trade documentation necessary to carry out procedures before financial institutions, customers (other than Argentina), foreign trade agents, insurance companies and other actors involved in the buy and sale operations.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage procedures, international transportation, customs, foreign trade agents, insurance companies and other actors involved in buy and sell operations.
- Coordination with the import/export analyst of the supplier for the preparation/coordination of documentation and subsequent shipment to customers. Validation of documents prior to dispatch to customers.
- Follow-up of imports and exports for customs compliance coordinating with the supplier of the Malt import/export analyst.
- Coordination with clients and supplier of the shipment schedule. Follow-up of shipping with supplier, sending draft documents to clients for approval, interaction with customs brokers and transport companies if required by the supplier.
- International freight quotations, integral coordination with the Supplier, the Client and the related stakeholders to ensure the execution of vessels or truck exports if incoterm is different than FOB. Being responsible for the risks related to services received from shipping agencies, surveyors and fumigation companies hired.
- Responsible to claim and follow up of vessel nominations with clients and back-to-back the supplier of the Malt import/export analyst if incoterm is different than FOB.
- Receipt/control and payment of logistic and insurance services invoices related to each operation.
- Active relationship with the supply chain, planning and quality teams. Interactions through Sales and Operation planning process / committee.
- Clients orders monitoring, cross check with Sales Support Analyst, Customer.
- Support Analyst and Key Account Manager.
- Handle routine and direct correspondence with external revenue agencies or inquiries from various customs authorities with direct supervision.
- Retrieving information in response to audits and requests from external customs authorities will require senior team members to provide information for verification.

**Requisitos**:
**Experience**: Minimum three years of experience in customs import/export - Experience in multitasking and prioritizing workloads to ensure efficient and effective operations.
