The Senior General Project Mgmt main responsibilities will be:
- Analyzes existing processes and business needs to pursue initiatives that drive efficiency and process streamlining for CBS team
- Has the ability to think in terms of opportunities for process improvement.
- Surveys and analyzes best practices for improved techniques. Identifies user best practices.
- Performs cost and benefit analysis for identified initiatives
- Documents Business Requirements for new or improved process.
- Collaborates, organizes, leads and facilitates multi-system projects/project teams, including User Acceptance testing and process documentation.
- Participate actively and demonstrate all values of Agile and SCRUM framework
- When assigned, acts as 3rd Level support for CBS issues, where process improvements are required, to identify root cause drivers and issue patterns
- Acts as a liaison with other teams (Sales, Accounting, Contract Administration, Legal, Finance, etc.) conducive to resolution of CBS support needs, at process level
**Job Requirements**:
- Background on Agile, SCRUM and Project Management considered a plus
- 5 years REQUIRED CSBA/CBA role knowledge and proven expertise on CBS processes: your leaders need to recommend you for hiring
- Ordering, Billing and Incentive Management processes and SAP system proficiency
- SCRUM training and experience will be considered a plus

- Ability to work outside comfort zone: comfort being out front where collaborators, peers and other resources are disperse geographically
- English language skills: fluent
