Main responsibilities:
- Having a crucial role in project initiation and planning, managing the projects' delivery on time, on budget, according to customer's specifications and desired level of quality
- Working closely with client’s stakeholder and project team members
- Able to perform the SM role
- Facilitating process of continuous improvement inside the project team(s)
- Perform project follow up (status reporting, project forecast, sow review, etc)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the project. Assess risks, report operational issues, and ensure any problems are followed through to resolution.
- Offer guidance for an effective Agile implementation.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Mandatory Skill**:
- 4+ years of experience as Agile Project Manager
- Good communicator, very good English skills, good presentation skills
- Organized, positive and proactive, able to get things done
- People manager/people skills, coaching & mentoring
- Excellent communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to constantly improve processes and working environment
**Desirable skills**:
- Agile certifications
- Technical background
