- 4+ years of technical writing experience
- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process in a technical writing position
- Excellent, clear, clean, accessible writing; an obsessive eye for consistency and technical accuracy
- Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment, ability to iterate quickly and fail fast
- Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) both in-person and remote
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Love for overcoming challenges and passionate about creating effective documentation
