Descripción del puesto

Las principales responsabilidades de la persona que ocupe la posición serán, entre otras:
Recomendar e implementar iniciativas de recursos humanos alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.

Asegurar, por parte de la empresa, el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales del país en materia laboral y que los procesos y políticas cumplan con la regulación vigente a nível nacional e internacional.

Establecer y velar por el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y controles internos para las actividades relacionadas a su gestión en las distintas áreas de la empresa.

Planear y ejecutar estrategias de atracción y retención de talento.

Coordinar el programa de evaluación de desempeño.

Planificar, diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento a programas de capacitación y de desarrollo de carrera en conjunto con los líderes de negocio.

Planificar y ejecutar las actividades de reclutamiento, selección e inducción del personal de la empresa, de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.

Desarrollar y actualizar las descripciones y perfiles de puestos de la empresa, de acuerdo a la estructura organizacional y a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos para este fin.

Administrar y custodiar los expedientes del personal de la empresa y ejecutar labores administrativas relacionadas a su gestión

Desarrollar, coordinar e implementar políticas de compensación y beneficios en cumplimiento con lineamientos globales, considerando la equidad interna y las ofertas del mercado.

Establecer y analizar indicadores de gestión de su área y formular estrategias acordes con las mejores prácticas de la industria.

Presentar informes periódicos a la Dirección sobre los resultados de su gestión.

**Requisitos**:
Profesional universitario con experiência no menor a 5 años desempeñándose en áreas de gestión de personas, en roles generalistas. Es deseable que la persona cuente con esta experiência en sectores financieros, contables o de firmas jurídicas.

Posgrado o Maestría en Gestión de Personas (valorado)

Nível de inglés intermedio/avanzado

Nível de portugués intermedio/avanzado (deseado)
