Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Human Resources Administrator, working remotely. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in a flexible, work-from-home environment and are passionate about streamlining HR operations and contributing positively to team dynamics.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you'll be integral in providing remote support across various HR functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing payroll, including verifying hours, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Overseeing WhatsApp group member management, ensuring effective communication channels within the team.
- Spearheading recruitment efforts, which include:Assisting with tasks such as conducting reference checks and organizing virtual interviews.
- Keeping the responsibilities excel sheet updated at all times to reflect current team roles and duties.
- Scheduling, initiating, and archiving CEO and Manager calls on Google Meet/Drive, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
- Issuing official warnings and facilitating two-way communication between employees and managers.
- Managing employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Supporting payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Providing clerical support, including handling electronic correspondence, document preparation, and digital file management.
- Assisting in coordinating remote HR projects like online meetings, webinars, training sessions, and surveys.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and remote communication tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- At least a B2 English level is required, due to interactions with a global workforce.
- Experience in an HR role, especially in a remote setting, is preferred but not mandatory.
