Nuestro clientes es una empresa internacional con renombre mundial en el sector de energías renovables con más de 30 años en el mercado en el mundo y más de 14 en Uruguay. Actualmente para sus oficinas en Montevideo están buscando a una persona para la posición de Office Administrator.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Organización de la oficina
- Compra de insumos de librería, mantenimiento, limpieza y todo aquello referido al mantenimiento apropiado de una oficina.
- Manejo de caja chica
- Chequeo de expense report de todos los empleados
- Coordinación de firmas con escribanía
- Coordinación de envíos a todo el país
- Manejo de proveedores de insumos de oficina, agencia de viajes, hoteles, autos, etc.
- Carga de facturas en SAP - realización de OR y OC en JDE.
- Organización de eventos empresariales (eventual)
- Gestión de agendas y viajes de todo el personal de Uruguay.
- Apoyo de elaboración de presentaciones operativas.
- Funciones administrativas generales.
- Control de horas extra.
- Control de vacaciones de personal

Experiência en asistencia administrativa.
Formación en administración general.

Inglés oral y escrito (preferentemente) en un nível por lo menos intermedio
- intermedio alto
Manejo de SAP - JDE (preferentemente)
Persona responsable, actitud proactiva y dinámico, capacidad comunicativa, Manejo Outlook, Ofimática (Excel, Power Point, MS Office), ERP, altas capacidades organizativas y de planificación // coordinación, gestión de estrés. Persona discreta y asertiva.
- **Horario** - Lunes a viernes de 8 a 17 (viernes salimos a las 15 horas). Presencial.
