**What's the opportunity?**

As our Financial Risk Specialist, you will implement and enhance the Financial and Credit Risks Framework for the company. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to better structure and establish policies, procedures, and processes for the area.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Collaborating in the implementation of the policies, procedures, and processes associated with the management of Financial and Credit Risks.
- Carrying out analysis of financial information and monitoring of counterparties.
- Proposing policies, limits, methodologies, models, and parameters/metrics to identify, measure, treat, and report the risks analyzed.
- Proposing ways to mitigate the risk of financial exposure.
- Evaluating the client’s credit risk and other third parties, ensuring that it is within the defined appetite and tolerance.
- Reporting to management.
- Supporting liquidity and market risk management.
- Carrying out an understanding of processes and proposing solutions to improve operational efficiency.

**What skills do you need?**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
- Master's degree in Finance is a plus.
- 3-5 years experience in Financial Risks, Financial Analysis, or similar fields.
- Knowledge of comprehensive enterprise risk management.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
- Advanced/Fluent English
