**Requirements**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product owners, developers, and quality assurance, to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of requirements.
Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend Salesforce solutions.
Define and document business processes, user workflows, and system requirements to support Salesforce implementation projects.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test plans.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during the testing phase to ensure the quality and usability of Salesforce solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce and promote self-service capabilities.
Lead and facilitate Agile development processes and ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new features and functionalities of Salesforce to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
