Berlitz offers trainings in all living languages, intercultural and management skills. Instruction is available through various delivery platforms (face-to-face, virtual, online, mobile, study abroad) designed to teach the skills, build self-confidence and empower people to succeed on a global stage. Our programs are custom-designed to fit the specific needs of our clients, should they be large or small corporations, individuals, young students or children. A Berlitz learner understands that communication goes way beyond languages and is qualified to speak with confidence.

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Selling to potential local (Canada) and international customers
- Warm calls and consultations to get to know the customers and their needs in order to provide appropriate solutions (phone and Zoom)
- Possessing in-depth product knowledge to deliver sales presentations to costumers during consultations
- Interacting with 10-12 customers daily via videoconference
- Meeting our weekly and monthly sales targets, reporting these numbers to the managers and developing strategies for future sales
- Tracking all sales activities in company CRM system (SalesForce), updating information regularly
- Invoicing customers using the company POS system
- Booking appointments for customers (Calendly, Outlook Calendar, among other platforms used extensively)
- Other Administrative tasks

**REQUIREMENTS**
**- Proficient level of English (MUST)**
**- Located in Latin America (MUST)**
**- Proficient level of French (required)**
**- Customer Service and Sales experience (required)**
- Full-time availability Monday through Friday
- University bachelor's degree education (ideal minimum)
- Paypal account (required)
- Technical requirements:

- Internet Speed: at least 6 MPS upload and 10 MPS Download
- Camera: at least 480 MP, preferrably 720 minimum.
- 8Gb RAM
- Experience hosting meetings on Zoom and/or MS Teams, google meet.

Company shall provide training for product knowledge acquisition and more prior to starting.

**Salary**: Fixed CAD salary per month (**$850 CAD**), plus up to **3.5% UNCAPPED** commissions on all his/her sales (hundreds of potential client inquiries per month to convert to sales; substantial cash collection achievable due to premium product.)

**Working hours**: 40 per week

**Independent contractor** position (healthcare system, vacation time, pension plan, are _SOLE_ responsibility of the contractor.)
