We are looking for talented, goal-driven, tech-passionate sales executives to help develop SX’s commercial area.

Main Goals for the position

Sell Systems-X software solutions and products to local and foreign clients

You will be working closely with the company’s management and marketing team in order to coordinate and elaborate on SX’s sales efforts, prospects, and opportunities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. Offer different personalized software solutions to clients, taking into account their particular needs
2. Execute and help to develop sales strategies and proposals for the different products and services of the company
3. Actively affirm and broaden the client portfolio
5. Have thorough knowledge of all services and products the company has to offer
6. Identify potential sales opportunities and market trends
7. Set sales targets and prospects and coordinate those objectives with directors
8. Give feedback to the rest of the team about sales prospects, clients' needs, opportunities and areas for improvement and change
9. Do follow up on actual clients, create upselling prospects and maintain relationship and service fidelity and quality
10. Attend post-sales client concerns, obtain and manage client references
11. Elaborate reports of clients' needs and issues, sales efforts and results
12. Keep track and register sales actions in the companies’ CRM
13. Collaborate with the marketing department on sales events and campaigns
14. Continuously improve through feedback

SKILLS THAT COME IN HANDY
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Able to explain complex processes to others
- Highly extrovert, proactive, ambitious and goal driven personality
- Friendliness, good presence and excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret and understand the needs and requirements of others correctly
- Openness to feedback, improvement and good relationship management skills
- Good management, analytical and prioritization skills
- Interested in technology

KNOWLEDGE WE APPRECIATE
- Bachelor's degree with commercial and/or business orientation
- Proven work experience as a sales executive/representative (min. 3 years)
- Studies and interest in technology are a plus
- Excellent English level (min. FCE)
- Other languages are a plus
- Availability to travel offshore
- Good skills in MS Office, Google docs and digital media.
- Experience using CRM
