As our new Technical Director, you will oversee an incredible variety of digital productions.
You'll be responsible for architecting, estimating, and leading brilliant executions for our clients worldwide. We're project-based, so we're always working with someone interesting, be it adidas, Meta, Google, Oculus, Netflix, or Diageo.

**The Real Opportunity**
- Collaborate with Producers in the planning and estimation of new work from a technical perspective to directly influence the outcome of all major lines of business.
- Participate in pitches elevating our technology expertise and backing up our creative ideas with feasible technical approaches.
- Work with the creative team to help them achieve their creative vision through technology within the resources and timeline assigned.
- Hand select development team for projects considering the best skill set combination to achieve the highest quality outcome.
- Oversee development ensures we are on track, all technical questions are answered and the dev team has no blockers to deliver the best work in an efficient way.
- Together with other Technical Directors help author company objectives for the dev department, improve processes, assemble training materials and define career paths.
- Mentor your team members, levelling up your leadership and management skills seeing developers succeed beyond company expectations through bi-weekly 1 on 1s.
- Surface risk within projects through effective team communication by developing a safe and trusting teamwork environment involving every team member you work with.
- Our clients and your teammates are counting on you to be here, helping to solve any challenges along the way. If you've ever worked in this type of environment, you know how important teamwork and commitment are to your personal success.
- Collaborating with all department's leads to improve company processes through regular review and scrutiny of our production processes.
