General accountabilities:

- ** Multi-Asset Design**:Create a wide range of design assets primarily related to the retention team's initiatives, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- ** Design Refinement**: Use graphic design software to refine images, fonts, and layouts, employing problem-solving skills to find creative solutions for design challenges.
- ** User-Friendly Design**:Enhance the user-friendliness of digital products by implementing design principles that improve the overall user experience.
- ** Brand Consistency**:Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects, ensuring that our messaging and visual identity align with our brand guidelines.
- ** Collaboration**:Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to meet project deadlines and ensure seamless integration of design assets into marketing campaigns.
- ** Guideline Enhancement**:Identify any gaps in design guidelines, concepts, or other necessary information, and communicate these insights to your manager to help refine our creative proposals.
- ** Adherence to Guidelines**:Produce design assets that align with and respect the creative and brand guidelines established by the company.
- **
Extensive Experience in Digital Production & Design Tools**: More than 3 years of hands-on experience in digital production, especially in e-commerce, UI, and app design. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with desirable familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- ** Strong UX and Aesthetic Skills**: Ability to generate effective landing page proposals and provide actionable feedback. Strong aesthetic sensibility with keen attention to visual detail, ensuring high-quality design output.
- ** English Fluency**: Excellent command of written and spoken English to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders across global teams.
- ** Self-Sufficiency & Accountability**: Proven ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, meet project deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- ** Multitasking & Project Management**: Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- ** Creative Problem-Solving & Results Orientation**: Demonstrated ability to tackle design challenges creatively and effectively, with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
- ** Complementary Skills (Desirable)**: Photo retouching capabilities to enhance visual assets, and packaging design experience to support various marketing initiatives.
