At Chat Assassins we work with high-level business coaches to help them scale their businesses by providing them with skilled virtual sales teams.

Join our team as an Automation, CRM, and Process Expert, where you'll harness your expertise to streamline our operations, enhance efficiency, and drive our business forward with finesse and innovation.

**THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING**:

- **CRM systems**:

- **Scripting programming language like Javascript or Python**:

- Marketing compliance & regulations
- **Automation tools **like Zapier, Monday, Make, Pabbly, ifttt, Manychat
- Domains and DNS records
- **AI; prompt engineering, knowledge embedding**:

- **Web builders** like webflow, wordpress, clickfunnels, Go High Level
- Troubleshooting systems

**And you’ve worked on projects like**
- Sales funnels
- Appointment reminder sequences
- Text Messaging Campaigns
- Social Media DM Campaigns
- Databases and Dashboards
- Tracking lead sources & visualization

**YOUR MISSION**
- Document the agency's processes in the form of a workflow/chart and improve them
- Imagine and create processes for our new projects, so as to maximize our efficiency.
- Be able to understand our agency processes and create workflows and automations to make our work as efficient as possible
- Organize our CRM in the most efficient and consistent way possible, so that it can be used by our staff
- To Improve organization’s efficiency so that we can concentrate on our scaling.
- Implement Make, Zapier or even WebHooks automations to make our work as efficient as possible.
- Work closely with each department to study their workflow and understand what you can automate to make their work easier
- Set up our customers' GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ManyChat, WebinarJam, Slack and Twilio automations.

- Must be located in: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela.
- C1-C2 Level of English
- Computer with Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer.

Pay: $U37,000.00 - $U74,000.00 per month
