**Job Description**:
**Function**:Logistics

**Reports to**:DC Manager

**Direct Reports**:None

**Overall Job Function**:To manage the warehousing and transportation of noncommercial goods to reliably service NCG needs at a competitive cost and support day to day import and export execution while supporting global initiatives for trade and customs enhancements.

**Job Responsibility including but not limited to**:

- Coordinate a commercially efficient NCG department by managing and ordering DC NCG inventory levels and flows to fulfill sales, logistics and operational needs
- Responsible to manage NCG inventory in line with sales demand and needs as well as coordinate budgets, if applicable
- Forward forecasts, plans and coordinates NCG flow to stores across all brands and manage lead times/ campaigns to secure NCG availability
- in line with sales organization expectations
- Support strategical development of NCG organization and set up to support business development
- Overall responsibility for sales and NCG budget - procure NCG by following the logistics routines and best practice
- Drive cost efficiencies & service level improvements by quality tendering & contract negotiations with 3 party suppliers (logistics supplies)
- Report all NCG KPIs required for logistics and sales organization
- Administrate local import and export processes for commercial and NCG**, **including Port to DC, cross-country DC moves, and cross-border shipments
- Administrate efficient handling of customs formalities in cross-region trades
- Timely prepare and administrate entries for customs clearance and support compliance with global rules, standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs
- Support opportunities to optimize regional customs and tax in line with local regulations and aligned with Global Trade & Customs department and strategies
- Monitors receipt of commercial documents for each container
- Oversees timely filing of entries for customs clearance
- Support in international transport matters (e.g. shipment tracing /monitoring, freight invoice reviewing etc.)
- Support initiatives/ projects with expertise
- Creates and maintains detailed report from internal H&M system to track and update information on the container plan
- Monitors deliveries of H&M high priority shipments such as campaign orders

**Financial Accountability**:

- No direct accountability; however, decisions made have a financial impact on the company.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and understanding of shipping documents, broker invoices and freight invoices preferred
- 1-2 years purchasing, shipping/delivery experience
- Ability to work in a distribution center environment with internal and third-party logistics
- ** Ability to speak English fluently**

- Strong understanding of Logistics Operations as well as global Non-Commercial Goods standards and capabilities
- Solid knowledge of local DC NCG-capabilities and specifics
