**Position**:Project Management Assistant - 100% Remote Position

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Airtable, Google Earth, Data scrapes, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Computer Aided Design (CAD)
- Strong English written and spoken.

**Project Management Duties**
- Search for contractors and suppliers for each job
- Using instant data scraper to pull contractor info into usable form
- Follow construction checklist for each job.
- Send daily to do’s to project manager based off checklist
- Update Airtable database with contact information
- Follow-up Calls to contractors for signatures
- Updating schedules in Buildertrend each week
- Review Daily logs and update schedules based on them
- Make follow-up phone calls if necessary to obtain bids
- Finding and Booking hotel rooms for superintendents
- Enter bid information into Airtable
- Put all bids together in spreadsheet for review
- Upload pictures to Buildertrend and track daily site reports
- Managing Airtable Customer / Vendor database
- Complete weekly updates for each project
- Follow up with Engineers so dates of meeting are meet

**New Markets & Development Duties**
- Storage feasibility studies in excel
- Use Google
- Gather data on existing storage facilities and keep Airtable updated
- Owner’s names, phone #’s
- Facility info
- Mortgage info
- Calling facilities for rates and sizes, occupancy
- Look for sites for new storage development
- Use state traffic count database. Make list of high traffic count roads (8,000 cars or more) o Get owner name/contact info from gis or other
- Search for retail buildings for sale that are empty or half empty. Steps are:

- Property Tax appeal research - Use our template for property comparison
- Compiling data on surrounding properties

- Reconciling credit card statemtents

- Milestone Social Media & Website
- New pictures
- Weekly Project Updates
- Employee bios (when hired)
- Keep employee linkedin accounts updated
- Christmas gift ordering
- Sending customer gifts
- Sending employee gifts (anniversaries, birthdays, condolences, etc.)
- Company outing and Christmas party planning

**Payment**:

- Monthly salary is $1,000 USD
- Payments are processed and sent via Wise or similar platform at an established frequency (bi-monthly)

**Schedule**:8:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT (Monday through Friday)
