**La persona seleccionada será responsable de**:

- Liderar el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de marca basadas en análisis de datos exhaustivos.
- Interpretar datos complejos y transformarlos en estrategias de marketing comprensibles y accionables.
- Realizar análisis de datos para definir métricas clave, recopilar datos, y generar informes que informen decisiones de branding.
- Monitorear y analizar tendencias del mercado y comportamiento del consumidor para identificar oportunidades y desafíos para la marca.
- Desarrollar y mantener un sistema de informes de marketing para rastrear el rendimiento de la marca en varios canales.
- Presentar recomendaciones y hallazgos de datos a la alta dirección y partes interesadas clave.
- Asegurar que todas las iniciativas de marca estén alineadas con la visión y valores de la empresa.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Marketing, Estadística, Administración, Economía o campo relacionado.
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiência en marketing de datos, análisis de datos o un rol de gestión de marca relacionado.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y experiência trabajando con grandes conjuntos de datos y herramientas analíticas complejas.
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas de análisis de datos como Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL y plataformas de BI como Tableau o Power BI.
- Habilidad para interpretar tendencias de mercado y datos de consumidores para generar insights accionables.
