**We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team**

AstroPay is the global Digital Wallet of choice for thousands of consumers who want to purchase online on international sites. With a focus on international transactions, AstroPay addresses the complexities of local markets, offering fast and efficient solutions across thousands of consumer-recognized payment methods.

**Tasks**:

- Use **data analytics** techniques to find **hidden patterns** regarding user behavior
- Conduct root-cause and statistical analyses to draw business insights and take data driven decisions
- Create dashboards and define KPIs to analyze new features performance
- Perform exploratory data analysis to create new hypothesis and identify opportunities for improvement of our product and business
- Identify opportunities for data acquisition and enhance data quality and reliability
- Provide quantitative data to different business areas

**Requirements**:

- **Knowledge of analytics software**: we use Looker and Amplitude, but others like Tableau or PowerBI may do.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative field
- Previous experience as Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar data related role
- Great numerical, statistics and analytical skills
- Proactive in taking ownership of projects and issues
- Hands-on experience querying large SQL databases (MySQL, Redshift)
- Basic Python or R skills to perform data analysis
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus
