**Reporting & Administration Analyst**

**Montevideo, Uruguay | Full Time**

As Reporting & Administration Analyst you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operational efficiency. Your expertise in reporting and administration will be key to support planning and forecasting processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintains up-to-date Finance data bases in order to generate needed reports.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Identify trends and patterns to assess the effectiveness of current workforce strategies.
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports on workforce performance, and forecasting.
- Prepare visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards for stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with workforce management to ensure proper administration standards are achieved.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Proven experience (+3 years) in workforce management, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI) and workforce management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

**POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK**
This is a Full Time position. Actual schedule and hours may vary.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY**
Reports directly to VP Finance for Reps in Latam
