To support this mission, Syngenta's Supply Chain Management team is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst LATAM in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Accountabilities 

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Create and monitor KPIs across various P&S teams.
• Generate regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Create and document data processes and procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Plan AI or Bulk Products.

Required  

• Business, Administration, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Data & Analytics at data driven companies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellence in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI; Qliksense).
• Knowledge ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (additional regional languages a plus).
• Learning Mindset: understand the problems and ask the correct questions identifying opportunities to improve.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
