Monitorear los costos del proyecto en todas las fases, desde la planificación hasta la finalización.
- Seguir los gastos reales en comparación con los costos presupuestados y proporcionar informes regulares a la gestión del proyecto.
- Identificar discrepancias de costos, sobrecostos y riesgos potenciales que podrían impactar el presupuesto.
- Ayudar en el desarrollo de presupuestos del proyecto y estimaciones de costos.
- Mantener y actualizar el presupuesto del proyecto a medida que ocurren cambios, asegurando registros financieros precisos.
- Trabajar con los gestores del proyecto y los interesados para entender las asignaciones de presupuesto y las prioridades de gasto.

**Requisitos**:
Profundo conocimiento de costos de la construcción, verificación de presupuestos de obra por distintos métodos, armado de presupuestos de obra, (no es un metrajista)

Conocimientos deseables
- Ingeniero, Arquitecto, Contador
- Experiência en dirección de obra, avance físico, etc
- Experiência en presupuestación
- En caso de ser contador - es excluyente contar con experiência en obra en empresa constructora
- Experiência en gestión de costos

Competencias
- Habilidades analíticas fuertes.
- Experiência en software de gestión de costos.
- Excelente comunicación e interpersonalidad para colaboración efectiva.
- Idioma Inglés
