**Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with project leaders and clients to analyze, design and lead development of software solutions according to stakeholder specifications. Key responsibilities include the following:

- Design, develop and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex code, and integrations to third party platforms.
- Keep up to date on the topics related to your projects and transmit knowledge with the rest of the team.
- Identify and help colleagues with technical and non-technical aspects areas for improvement.
- Mentor junior developers through their training program and help form a technically proficient, professional team of consultants.
- Define and implement system design, architecture, and best practices for your projects.
- Be responsible for product definition and help guide clients by offering added-value ideas.
- Manage and report on team productivity, identifying blockers and tracking their resolution.
- Propose solutions and develop action plans to mitigate risk.
- Ensure strong solution functionality, optimization, and adherence to coding standards.
**Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce development (Certifications and at least 4 years of experience working with Salesforce).
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns, etc), Record Types, Users, Roles and Profiles.
- Proven experience in Process Builders, Workflow Rules, and Flows.
- Experience with Agile approaches (XP, Scrum, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience in different design patterns and architectures.
- Code review and test case creation and deployment techniques experience.
- Experience in web services standards and related technologies (XML, SOAP, JiBX, Velocity etc.).
- Lightning Web Components development experience is desired.
- Salesforce Certifications desired.
- A Bachelor's degree, in Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English. (CAE or equivalent)
