Accounts Receivable Specialist I- Will be responsible for posting incoming payments to Sabre receivables and the general ledger.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitors bank accounts for incoming payments
- Review various bank accounts daily
- Ensure payments are posted timely and accurately
- Performs research to determine correct posting
- Post incoming payments to customer ledgers in SAP
- Record cash in the general ledger
- General ledger account reconciliation - responsible for reconciling seven general ledger accounts
- Clear balances in customer ledgers for incentives and lines of credit
- Post various adjustments to customer ledgers
- Maintains open lines of communication with CSBAs, collections teams and HDQ staff

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

- 2 years of Accounting experience
- Advanced written and verbal English skills
- SAP and Excel experience very helpful
- Heavy customer service background
