Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a
**Head de Ingeniería y Mantenimiento **para incorporar a importante Laboratorio Multinacional.

Las principales responsabilidades incluyen:

- Gestionar el área de Ingeniería y Mantenimiento.
- Responsable de la evaluación de performance de los colaboradores del departamento y la gestión de sus integrantes.
- Diseñar los programas de mantenimiento de equipos e instalaciones y apoyar en las actividades de calificación de equipos.
- Gestionar indicadores del sector, la obsoletización de los equipos y administración del programa de mantenimiento anual asegurando la aplicación de los estándares globales y locales.
- Liderar auditorias propias del sector y apoyar en preparación y participación en auditoria GMP y EHS relevantes.
- Actividades GMP: Investigar desviaciones y determinar implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Responsable por el presupuesto del área, controlando gastos de acuerdo con el plan.
- Proponer, participar y liderar proyectos de adquisición de equipos, cambios en las instalaciones, sustentabilidad, mejora continua y eficiencia.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniero con formación en Mecánica, Industrial, Química o carreras afines (Técnico especializado) (excluyente).
- Dominio fluido del idioma inglés (excluyente).
- Experiência en cargos similares no menor a 5 años.
- Experiência dentro del sector farmacéutico (preferente), fabricas o industrias.
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas, siendo una ventaja un buen dominio del sistema SAP/ERP.
- Manejo y experiência en GMP será altamente valorado.
- Serán competencias clave la orientación a resultados, la innovación, la resolución de problemas, habilidades de liderazgo, capacidad de análisis y la disposición a colaborar.
