Team Description
- We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the development of high-impact learning solutions for our global sales teams. This role combines instructional design expertise with strong project management capabilities to deliver engaging, scalable, and measurable training programs.
- Role and Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructional content for digital, instructor-led, and blended formats.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver training programs on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to define learning objectives and content.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks using agile methodologies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and analytics.
- Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across learning materials.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team development.
- Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design and project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with agile development, rapid prototyping, and multimedia production.
