That is where CAE Flight Services comes in. We unleash insights for high performance crews through powerful optimization and mobile automation software. Our flight services business delivers software solutions to more than 150 airline customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee a team of Software Engineers. You will have a strong background in building and architecting cloud components with good knowledge in IaC (Terraform) and DevOps pipelines for deploying the solutions in the cloud environment. In this role you will be an expert in public cloud services and cloud security. You will interface confidently with stakeholders at a variety of levels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead a team of Software Engineers
- Work on platform development and operations
- Proficient in scripting language
- Ability to understand complex architectural design and implement the same.
ABOUT YOU:
- At least 7 years’ experience in public cloud and cloud security
- At least 1+ years’ experience in Oracle RDS
- Experience in Configuration Management tools like Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
- Building and Architecting Cloud Components with good knowledge in IaC (Terraform)
- DevOps Pipelines for deploying the solutions in the public Cloud Environment
- You have a proven track record of handling customer experiences well
- You thrive when collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams and time zones
- You care deeply about best-practices and standards
- Your time management, multi-tasking and organizational skill are second to none
- Great communication skills

- Previous experience in infrastructure setup.
