**What's the opportunity?**

We’re looking for a Head of Business Optimization to join our Operations team — a data-driven, analytical thinker who’s passionate about turning insights into impactful business decisions. Your main mission will be to optimize our operational costs, identify efficiencies, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. You’ll work closely with multiple teams, using data and technology to uncover opportunities that directly enhance our bottom line.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Managing and analyzing company data to report key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business decisions.
- Assessing operational cost structures to design and execute smart, data-backed optimization plans.
- Identifying and implementing efficiency improvements that boost net revenue and streamline processes.
- Partnering with various departments to provide strategic operational support and actionable insights

**What skills do you need?**:

- Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and business performance tracking.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, thriving in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- A data-oriented, highly analytical mindset combined with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable — a true self-starter who enjoys problem-solving.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- Experience working with AI tools or process automation is a strong plus.
